This cardiology-based walk-in option is designed to fill the gap between the emergency room and a scheduled cardiology appointment, helping patients get answers faster and at a lower cost than an ER visit.
 
Staffed by experienced cardiac providers and supported by the full resources of CCP, CCP Now delivers timely, connected care—especially for existing CCP patients whose records are already in the system.

CCP accepts most major insurance plans. Out-of-pocket costs are typically similar to a routine office visit and significantly less than an ER visit.

What if I need hospital care?
