Kristy Panichelli, MSN, ACNP attended Gwynedd Mercy College and Thomas Jefferson University prior to joining CCP’s Advanced Practitioner team. She is a member of the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses, and sees patients at our West Chester and Downingtown locations.
